The Colorado Springs father charged with making methamphetamine in a million-dollar home will stand trial.
You may recall our 11 Call for Action Investigation on Brian Marshall, the owner of a Peregrine, Italian-styled villa where a testing lab found high levels of meth.
Today Marshall, who's 54, appeared in an El Paso County courtroom for his preliminary hearing.
A judge heard evidence from a police detective and later ruled there was enough evidence to support the two felony charges against Marshall.
The judge said he made the finding with some regret because there also was evidence to support the claim that Marshall was simply caught up in the dealings of his son... Martin Marshall, who's also been charged with making meth at 2350 Orchard Valley Road.
Martin, the 19-year old son, waived his right to a preliminary hearing and will be back in court on March 8th.
The trial for the father, Brian was scheduled for May 9th.
