A Colorado Springs family... hampered by a blocked sewer line is now back in business.
We told you about the Garrisons who didn't know what to do when a Roto Rooter technician's cable got stuck in their pipe.
They say Roto Rooter told them they were responsible for their damaged equipment and asked them to come up with $4500 for the repair.
That's when Rose Garrison made a Call for Action.
I called Affordable Plumbing, Wildcat Construction, and Silver Key and all volunteered to help.
Now the family has had all their plumbing problems taken care of at no charge.
Turns out... tree roots were the reason for the partially collapsed pipe which is a common problem in older neighborhoods.
That's why it's a good idea to hire a plumber to clean out the sewer line every year to keep it clear.
