Weatherwise, rarely do we ever play by the rules around here. By that I mean, the first day of fall, spring, summer, or winter never seems to feel like it should. Well, this week is Winter Weather Awareness Week. What do you know, we actually are going to have some winter weather. By late Tuesday night and Wednesday, a storm system is set to impact the area.
