nice recent mild temps, spring fever for sure. i see however another ' speedy gonzales ' north wind express with very little snow expected to ruin Fri & Sat. sure am wondering if the cliamtic changes have occured to where we will not ever see any of the ' heavy snows that use to occasionaly occur here in Mar & Apr ? this last little system was too warm to accumalate any snow, had .30 melted precipt from it here. even that would have been no more than about 3.5 in of snow. never be any 7 10 in snows in downtown/south C.S. anymore ? let alone any bigger ? ... jon
