I think we'll have a record low for precip. Even with a "normal" august, we'll still be significantly lower than normal. We're over 8 inches below where we should be right now...8 inches!!! Do you think we'll make up any of that in the winter? I don't. Truth be told, I bet our winter will be less than 20 inches of snow for the whole season...you heard it here, less than 20 inches of snow this season. I hope I'm wrong, but I'm confident.

Well so much for Dolly giving us any rain, nothing now seems possible for rain here; you think a new record for least amount of total precipt is possible here this year?
