My workouts are aimless at the moment. And I need some help! What's your fitness goal?

I’m not a big fan of the treadmill. It gets the job done when you need to burn some calories. But most of the time I just feel like I’m running nowhere. And that’s never a good feeling. I’m dealing with that on a larger scale when it comes to my overall health.

I don’t have a goal!!! And even though I’m still logging my sweat sessions, I don’t feel like I’m getting anywhere…. probably because I have no idea where I’m going.

In the past, I’ve been training for a half marathon. Or I was working towards a pull-up. Or I was completing the Insanity program. Or I wanted to get better at push-ups. But right now… I’ve got nothing. And I can’t come up with a good goal to re-inspire me.

So, I’ve turned to my facebook folks and asked them – what’s YOUR fitness goal? And can I copy it??

Leslie said her goal was to work out every day. For Sharon, it’s all about working on lifting free weights. Love both of those! Like I said – I may copy you! I’ve got to come up with something or I may end up logging no workouts at all. I need some inspiration and hope you can help!
