Holy moly, my muscles are sore today. Here’s the best part – I didn’t even do some crazy workout yesterday. All I did was go to work. But part of my workday was taping several segments for a series we feature on 11 News at 9am.
It’s called Workout Wednesday. It’s been on a bit of a hiatus from the newscast for a few months. But we’re bringing it back, starting in 2012! And I’m here to tell you – there are great things ahead.
I know that because, just from taping some of these segments yesterday… I’m sore. We taped a series of workout ideas with Jerod Langness, with 24-hour Fitness. He’s a certified personal trainer and a frequent expert here in the Fit Club blog! Here’s a pic from our shoot yesterday at the gym, with KKTV’s Chief Photographer Mike Petkash.
Coming soon in Workout Wednesday: look for different ideas for workouts you can do at home, at the gym or new ways to work certain body parts. We’ll have fitness experts from all over the area contributing. It’s all part of making 2012 our fittest year yet!
