He 11 News Fit Club followers!
Here's an update on my progress since January. I have lost more than 30 pounds. According to my percentage of body fat, I am considered in excellent condition. I feel fantastic. It turns out this is the most critical time for me. I have lost weight and gained it back way too many times. I am determined to keep it off this time!
One thing that will make things a lot easier: I don't crave the bad stuff anymore. Okay .. okay I'll still have a doughnut here and there, but ever since I embarked on a lifestyle change my cravings aren't nearly as bad as they used to be. For one, I've stopped drinking soda. When I wasn't taking care of myself I could easily drink four to five 12 ounce cups of soda at a restaurant. My 24 Hour Fitness trainer Jerod Langness says, "cutting out soda will shave off a lot of pounds in the long run."
I've also stayed away from the fast food joints. The best part of all; I'm okay with it., I'm finally to the point where I would rather get a healthy sandwich somewhere instead of a greasy, unhealthy burger. Don't get me wrong, a burger is WONDERFUL every once in a while but my habits have changed and yours can too!
