New York By Phone
On a December trip to New York I decided to see what kind of pictures I could get using just an iPhone 5. Some have been adjusted for brightness and/or cropped.
You can't miss in the Big Apple. This is right out of a hotel window in Midtown West.
Sometimes the foreground building can be just as interesting as the main building (Empire State Building)
Times Square is always impressive and the phone cam makes it easy at night.
Central Park is beautiful, quiet with all the buzz of the city all around it.
There's also Strawberry Fields...the permanent memorial to John Lennon. It's right across the street from the building where he lived and where he was murdered in 1980. It is worth stopping in the peaceful spot.
Columbus Circle, right near Central Park provides some great picture opportunities too.
Great shots everywhere you look in New York!
We'll talk again soon.
