Worst Plastic Daddies on the Market (Betty Sexton)

If you're shopping for a new credit card... how about a list of the ones to avoid. You definitely don't want one with a ridiculous annual fee... nor one that arbitrarily raises interest rates whenever the bank wants.

If you're a smart shopper, you look for the best prices on everything when it comes to food, gas, clothing, even prescriptions. But don't forget your credit cards. It doesn't hurt to make sure the cards you're using match your wallet and your lifestyle.

That's where Card Hub comes in handy.  It's among the best at evaluating credit cards. The group recently released a list of the absolute worst when it comes to plastic daddy. It looked at more than 800 cards... analyzing features like rewards, fees, and interest rates.

It found the Visa Black Card was not the kissing cousin of the American Express Black Card. It not only had a 14.99% APR, but also charged a whopping $495 annual fee!

Card Hub also had bad marks for the Wells Fargo Business Platinum Credit Card. In fact, it calls it, "The worst business credit card on the market."   It apparently doesn't offer CARD Act protections against arbitrary interest rate increases, a 0% intro APR on purchases, or balance transfers. Card Hub says its' rate is between 9.24% and 18.24%.
