5 Year old Scam Resurfaces (Betty Sexton)

I first told you about this International Lotto Commission scam five years ago. What do you know... the crooks have just changed a few names, dates, and dollar amounts... but it still adds up to FRAUD.

He didn't go to Madrid, Spain and he didn't buy a lotto ticket.  That's how Dale Cottingham of Colorado Springs knew...  he wasn't a third place international lottery winner.

Dale told me the old Loteria Primitiva scam was back.  He was mailed a letter explaining he had won 815,950 euros.  He just needed to call a Dr. Miguel Torres and pay a 10% fee and he'd be sitting pretty.

Dale had just a few days to act or his winnings would be returned.  Just another tactic to get him to act without thinking.  Thankfully he smelled a rat.

Remember, you can't win a contest you never entered.  You can't play in an overseas lottery unless you're there and purchased a ticket... and you don't have to pay fees before collecting your prize.

Thanks Dale... and beware of crooks looking to rip you off.
