Express Their Express Notice to your Nearest Trash Can

A bright yellow "Rapid Notice" is making its way to mailboxes from coast to coast. Don't open it... it's not worth the paper it's written on and it's definitely not worth your time!

Thanks to Shirley Grzybowski of Colorado Springs for letting me know about this piece of junk that may be on its way to your mailbox.  It's from Prize Research Intelligence Agency, PRIA out of Miami, Florida.  The cleverly worded notice implies that $2.5 million in prize money is waiting to be claimed.  In fact, an account has been established in your name.  PRIA just asks you to send a mere $20 and this group will help you get your winnings from a third party.

  LIES, LIES, LIES!

Don't send PRIA a dime and don't give them any of your personal information.  You haven't won anything.  PRIA hopes you don't read the letter too carefully.  If you read the small, fine print on the back ... you'll see PRIA is just a research company.  It only claims to help you locate various sweepstakes and lotteries you can enter and try to win.

The company has countless complaints lodged against it with the Better Business Bureau, which has given it an F... for its advertising tactics and for not responding to those who have sent money.

The operators of PRIA have no scruples.  The only thing they care about is getting ahold of your $20, your neighbor's, and everyone else's... so they can get rich.  Save your money and tear this one up.  It's too bad folks like this are allowed to operate and prey upon others.
