Licensed minister arrested on sex assault charges

The El Paso County Sheriff's Office has arrested a licensed minister accused of sex assault on a child. The suspect has been identified as Romello Leach, 22.


Police are conducting a death investigation Wednesday afternoon on the southeast corner of one of Colorado Springs' most popular parks.
