Committee deadlocks on vote involving Holmes prison secrecy

CENTENNIAL, Colo. (AP) - A state committee was unable to find that Colorado's corrections department violated victims' rights by refusing to reveal where theater shooter James Holmes is serving his life sentence.

The City of Fountain announced Friday that water restrictions will be implemented starting immediately.

Several victims of the Aurora theater shooting have filed complaints saying the state prison system violated their rights by refusing to say where James Holmes is.
