Workout Wednesday: Abs with "The Core Master"
For many folks, the abdominals can be a trouble spot. But they'll be a trouble spot no more with this workout from "The Core Master," Jinx Hall, a certified personal trainer with Fitness 19:

Alternating bridge-
•Support your body on your toes and your hands with your arms straight.
•Raise one ATM and the opposite leg straight up off the floor.
•Try to maintain your body in a straight line and keep your back flat.
•Hold, then lower back to the floor and repeat with at the arm and opposite leg.

Shotgun-
•Lie on back with your legs straight holding medicine ball overhead with arms straight.
•Lift your upper body into a crunch while bringing your knees into your chest and transfer the ball from your hands to between your ankles.
•Lower arms and legs and repeat in opposite direction. transfering the ball back and forth every rep.

Side Bridge & abduction-
•Lie on one side propped up on one elbow with your leg straight one on top of another .
•Raise your body off the floor, resting on your forearms and foot.
•Now raise the top of your leg straight up while keeping the rest of your body in a straight line with your elbow directly under your shoulder.
•Hold, then lower yourself down and repeat.
