There may be milk in some 11-ounce plastic single-serving bottles of Silk Soymilk Chocolate Flavor.

White Wave Foods Company is voluntarily recalling the bottles because the labelling doesn't declare milk as an ingredient.

State health officials said the individual bottles are printed on the back with both a "use by" date of May 7, 2008 (printed as 05 07 08) and a Universal Product Code (UPC) of 2529360028. If you bought the affected soymilk, you can return it to the store you bought it from for a full refund or exchange.

Undeclared milk can cause health problems in individuals with a milk allergy or severe sensitivity. Some people have reported reactions after consuming the product. So far no reports have been made in Colorado.

Consumers with questions can call White Wave Foods Company at 1-800-587-2259.
